Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important:

  • We can only accept returns where the item is in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Unfortunately, if items have been damaged after arrival, such as during attempts to remove them from the frame, we cannot accept them for return or replacement.

  • If you were unhappy with the product upon delivery, the correct process is to contact us immediately to arrange a return before altering, dismantling, or attempting to modify the item.

  • Any concerns about damage or defects present upon arrival must be reported straight away, ideally with photographs, so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue appropriately.

To start a return, contact us at buyirishart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

All returned items must be sent with a tracking number, which you will need to provide to us after shipping. Hand deliveries to the returns address are not accepted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Providing photographs of any damage is recommended to assist with resolving the situation.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
